- We do not assume responsibility for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or unrelated failures of any property system, surface, or fixture.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the correct application of the surface treatment purchased.
Important:
Any mechanical, electrical, or structural issues that arise after our service — but unrelated to the treatment process — remain solely the responsibility of the property owner.
Example: If an exterior light fails after roof treatment, but the light fixture was never handled or affected by our application, ATX Nano bears no responsibility.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
- We warrant that GoNano products are applied according to manufacturer specifications.
- GoNano provides limited warranties on its products, which we pass through to customers where applicable.
- ATX Nano does not guarantee product performance beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
- No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided by ATX Nano.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Ensure surfaces are in sound, treatable condition prior to service.
- Disclose any known issues with surfaces, structures, or fixtures.
- Allow reasonable site access to complete the service.

5. Limitation of Liability
